OPENING CEREMONY:
- Friday, april 29, at 19h approximately (after Mixed final) and after the referee will make the draw (MD)
SIGN IN AND DRAWS:
- Sign in and pay the fee to play the Qualifying will be on Thursday, April 28, between 16h and 18h. If a player of one pair can not to sign in, should report by WhatsApp to 658 407 871 or by email at tenisplaya@approba.net and the referee will make the draw on friday 29, at 11h
- Sign in (Main Draw): friday 29, between 16h and 18h. If a player of one pair can not to sign in, should report by WhatsApp to 658 407 871 or by email at tenisplaya@approba.net
- The size of draw in the ITF tournament is 32 (Main Draw) + 32 (Qualifying) in Men’s Doubles and Doubles Women.
- Main Draw (32): 4 classified Qualifying, 4 wild cards, 24 direct acceptances and 8 seeds.
- Qualifying (32): With four sections, 6 wild cards and 26 direct acceptances. The winners of each section will be those who qualify for the Main Draw. Each section will have 2 seeded.
- All eliminated in the first round of the qualifying round can play Qualy Consolation (Category 3) and eliminated in first round will enter the Main Draw Consolation (Category 2).
SCHEDULE:
- On Friday April 29 will start the Qualifying Draw, at 12:00h.
- On Saturday April 30th the Main Draw will start at 9 am.
- The women’s final will be on Sunday, at 14: 30h and men´s final at 16h more or less.
- FINAL CEREMONY: after men´s final (17h approximately)

– Torneo de categoría $15.000 + H puntuable para el circuito mundial ITF Beachtennis Tour 2016 y para el circuito nacional de Tenis Playa.
– Pueden apuntarse jugadores y jugadoras de todos los niveles, con la única condición de tener 14 años o más. Todos/as jugarán al menos 2 partidos.
LUGAR: Playa de Las Canteras (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), frente al Hotel Cristina.

29-abril: Fase Previa del Torneo ITF $15.000 + H
INSCRIPCIONES:
- Todos deben enviar el Entry_Form por email a tenisplaya@approba.net o por WhatsApp al 658407871
- Fecha límite de inscripción: 7 de abril, a las 14h (a partir de esa fecha sólo se admitirán inscripciones si quedan plazas y hasta que la organización lo determine)
- Cuota de inscripción: 67 € por jugador (75 dólares americanos, que se pagarán en Euros, según el cambio que estipule la ITF en la semana del torneo: 1 USD = 0.896 EUR)

CEREMONIA DE INAUGURACIÓN:
- Será el viernes, 29 de abril, a las 19h aproximadamente (después de la final Mixta) y a continuación el árbitro hará el sorteo del Cuadro Principal
FIRMA Y CUADROS DE JUEGO:
- La firma de jugadores y el pago de la cuota de los que jueguen la Fase Previa, será el jueves, 28 de abril , entre las 16h y las 18h. Si al menos un jugador de alguna pareja no puede asistir, deberá avisarlo por WhatsApp al 658407871 o por email a tenisplaya@approba.net y el viernes 29 a las 11h será el sorteo
- La firma del Cuadro principal será el viernes, 29 de abril, entre las 16h y las 18h. Si al menos un jugador de alguna pareja no puede asistir, deberá avisarlo por WhatsApp al 658407871 o por email a tenisplaya@approba.net
- El tamaño de los cuadros del Torneo será de 32 (Cuadro Principal) + 32 (Fase Previa), tanto en Dobles Masculinos como en Dobles Femeninos.
- Cuadro Principal (32): con 4 clasificados de la Fase Previa, 4 invitados especiales y 24 aceptaciones directas. Habrá 8 cabezas de serie.
- Fase Previa (32): Habrá cuatro secciones, con 6 invitados especiales y 26 aceptaciones directas. Los ganadores de cada sección serán los que se clasifiquen para el Cuadro Principal. Cada sección tendrá 2 cabezas de serie.
- Todos los eliminados en primera ronda de la Fase Previa podrán jugar la Consolación-Previa (3ª Categoría) y los eliminados en primera ronda del Cuadro Principal accederán al cuadro de Consolación-Principal (2ª Categoría).
- Quienes quieran que se les homologue para el Circuito Nacional deben solicitarlo y abonar 3 € durante el torneo
HORARIOS:
- El viernes 29 de abril comenzará la Fase Previa, a las 12h.
- El sábado 30 de abril comenzará el Cuadro Principal, a las 9h.
- La Final Femenina está prevista para el domingo 3, a las 14:30h y la Masculina a las 16h aproximadamente.
